There are many types of sports, but only one truly combines dance and fitness: Zumba! We´re bringing you an event where rhythm and movement will be the stars, and you certainly won’t regret taking part.
We all know what this is about: dancing choreographies to the beat of the music while incorporating fitness movements and boosting your motivation through the roof. As it’s always better to do it with a guide, we’ll have an instructor who meets the requirements to help you learn and enjoy yourselves to the fullest.
So now you know the drill; we’ll see you on Tuesday, March 3rd at 4:30 p.m. at the Casa de la Xuventude (Youth Centre). Remember to bring comfortable sportswear, water, and plenty of energy. As Enrique Iglesias would say: ”¡Bailandoo bailando bailandoo bailando…!”
