ESN Ibiza Trip 2026

The event of the year is finally here! Reservations for the ESN Ibiza Trip 2026 are now open. Enjoy the best trip of your Erasmus exchange with more than 1800 students in the best island of the world.

The trip is exclusive for international students and will take 5 days and 5 nights that will include parties, hotel and transportation on the island for all participants.

The price is €430 and includes:

• Transport to the Island (and return) from Barcelona.
• Boat party from the peninsula to Ibiza.
• 4 nights in a VIBRA Hotel.
• 4 parties in the best clubs of the Island.
• 3 ESN Pool Parties @HOTEL VIBRA MARE NOSTRUM.
• Transportation from the port to the Hotel and vice versa.
• Transportation to all the clubs (and return).
• Travel insurance.
• Welcome Pack and more surprises.
• Day-trip to Formentera.

We will meet in Barcelona (Meeting Point: Monumento a Cristóbal Colón) on Thursday, April 16th at 8:00 p.m. (exact time to be confirmed) and we will arrive in Ibiza the next morning at 7 a.m. The return will be on Tuesday, April 21nd from Ibiza in the morning and we will arrive in Barcelona around 7:30 p.m. The trip doesn’t include the transport to Barcelona, so we recommend you to plan your flights with enough time to be at the meeting point!

PAYMENT

The price will be €430 and will be paid in two installments:

The first one will be €230 and the deadline is Sunday, February 22th (inclusive). Once registrations are closed we will notify you for the second installment.

The first payment will be made as a BOOKING for the trip.

You can also purchase cancellation insurance, if you wish, for an additional cost of €25.

Before purchasing the plane/bus tickets to Barcelona, you should wait for the confirmation of your spot.
